(UK) Property Pot is committed to complete transparency with clients especially with regard to fees. Our fees are simple, one fee, no extras. No hidden costs.

Description of Fee

(UK) Property Pot
Management & Maintenance Service

Gross Fee (inclusive of VAT)

20% including VAT
of monthly rent

Net Fee (exclusive of VAT)

16.66% + VAT
of monthly rent

What’s included:

  • Energy Performance Certificate
  • Floor Plan & Marketing Photography
  • Online Portal Marketing, Network Portal Marketing, Old Scholl Marketing
  • Property rental at market rental rate or above
  • Property rental to fully referenced, professional tenants
  • Assured Short Hold Tenancy Agreements
  • Inventory, tenant check-in & check-out
  • Complete management of each property including rent collection
  • Registration of tenant deposit with Tenancy Deposit Scheme (TDS)
  • Rent guarantee
  • Complete maintenance of each property to include as required; annual gas safety checks, annual boiler service, initial electrical safety check, installation of smoke detectors, installation of carbon monoxide detectors, plumbing call outs & repairs, electrical call outs & repairs, handyman call outs & repairs
  • On 3rd year of consecutive business, during contract, top to bottom redecoration of property interior including walls, ceilings and woodwork
  • 0% sale fee of property anytime after 60 months of consecutive business while in contract

Our minimum contract period is 36 months and minimum client portfolio size is five self-contained units made up of any size. Please check (UK) Property Pot’s terms and conditions for full information.

What’s not included:

  • Any renewal, improvement, renovation, refurbishment or addition to a property
  • Replacement of single item parts over £150
  • Any major building defect including roofs, subsidence, collapsed drains etc.
  • Replacement of faulty furnishings or appliances that are beyond economical wear and tear
