Pre-tenancy payments including holding deposits, application fees, the first month’s rent and tenancy deposit, can be made via bank transfer to our client bank account or in person via card payment* using our chip and pin machine. Once the tenancy has commenced, all rents must be made to our client bank account via standing order, so payments are cleared no later than the 1st day of each month.
No processing fees/charges will be made for any standing orders or payments transferred directly to our NatWest client bank account. Please ensure the first line of the property address is used as the bank reference. Our bank details can be found below;

We accept all major credit card payments including American Express via our iZettel chip and pin facility. We cannot accept card payments over the phone. (UK) Property Pot Ltd no longer accepts payment via cheque or cash.
*A fee equivalent to 2.75% of the total transaction value will be added to any payments made via card.
